Expertise isn't a summit to reach; it's a horizon that recedes as you approach. The craft demands perpetual refinement, and I've made peace with that. As a matter of fact, I've come to prefer it. Based in Cebu, Philippines, I've built my career on the belief that the best engineers stay curious, not comfortable, constantly seeking discomfort.
Currently at Arch Global Services as a Senior Software Engineer, I build backend systems for insurance claims orchestration with technologies like Python, Azure Functions, and MSSQL powering workflows that help claims specialists do their jobs better.
My journey spans startup chaos to enterprise scale: from setting up Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD workflows at TV Startup, to building Google Maps integrations at Navagis, to developing serverless applications that orchestrate multiple internal and external services at Arch Global Services. Each role taught me something different about what good software looks like.
The tech industry moves fast. Frameworks rise and fall. But curiosity? That stays. And as long as there's something new to learn, I'll be here ready to figure it out.

Built with a small team, conceptualized from a thesis project, JTransit helps commuters navigate Cebu's iconic jeepney system. If you've ever stood on a street corner wondering which jeepney to flag down, this is the app for you.
An e-commerce storefront for a made-up clothing brand. Browse collections, add items to your cart, and check out — all the essentials, built from scratch with React and Firebase. This was a personal project built to experiment with React and Firebase.

Backend development for insurance claims orchestration system. Building Azure Functions and Python services for claim scoring workflows used by claims specialists. Now exploring the use of AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to boost productivity and code quality.
TV Startup Inc.
Built and maintained Django APIs, and an Angular frontend for a CMS platform, and setup the company tech infrastructure with Kubernetes. Set up DevOps pipelines with Jenkins and Docker on Oracle Cloud and bare metal servers in a dedicated datacenter.

Developed business applications with Google Maps integration. Handled frontend enhancements, security upgrades, and GCP server management.
